On average, we aim for an eight-week turnaround, but it ultimately depends on the client's wishes and expectations for the project. The project's pacing also depends on the client’s eagerness to start the project, such as how much detail and forethought is given in our initial meetings, how much feedback we receive during the design stage, and the client providing all the text and pictures they want to use.
2Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. You will have access to the site as a whole. We will also meet over video call to help you through the background of the site. There are unlimited tutorials available with the hosting site we will use for your new site. Although, you may not have access to the third-party sites we use to increase the site's functionality and design.
3Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. A mobile site is critical, as mobile internet searches accounted for roughly 50% since 2017. Although we cannot make the mobile site precisely the same as the desktop site, we edit the mobile site to be the best it possibly can in the most user-friendly way.
4How much input do I have in the design process?
You can input as much as you would like to input. We meet initially to go over your current website (if applicable) and collect all design aspects, layout presences, and functionality you have. We can analyze other websites you like and use ideas on how to model your new site. We will give you multiple chances to view the site before publishing to make edits and recommendations. It is your website, and it needs to be what you envision and what will make you satisfied.
5Who writes the content for my website?
Mostly you. You are the expert on your business and know how you are trying to be displayed on your site. We have a copywriter that can write content for you or clean up your existing content at an additional cost. Any content written or edited for you will be approved prior to publishing.
